Filastrocca dei numeri fino a cinque: Five little Monkeys

Five little monkeys jumping on the bed,
One fell off and bumped his head.
Mama called the Doctor and the Doctor said,
“No more monkeys jumping on the bed!”

Four little monkeys jumping on the bed,
One fell off and bumped her head.
Papa called the Doctor and the Doctor said,
“No more monkeys jumping on the bed!”

Three little monkeys jumping on the bed,
One fell off and bumped his head.
Mama called the Doctor and the Doctor said,
“No more monkeys jumping on the bed!”

Two little monkeys jumping on the bed,
One fell off and bumped her head.
Papa called the Doctor and the Doctor said,
“No more monkeys jumping on the bed!”

One little monkey jumping on the bed,
He fell off and bumped his head.
Mama called the Doctor and the Doctor said,
“Put those monkeys straight to bed!”

Five little monkeys – Cinque scimmiette (tieni alzate le cinque dita di una mano). 

jumping on the bed – che saltano sul letto (fai saltare le cinque dita sull’altra mano che sarebbe il letto)

One fell off – Una cade (alza un ditto)

 and bumped his head – e sbatte la testa (tieniti la testa con due mani e muovila Avanti e indietro)

Mama called the Doctor and the doctor said – mamma chiama il medico ( fai finta di digitare il numero sul telefono con un dito) e il medico dice

No more monkeys jumping on the bed — basta scimmiette che saltano sul letto (fai segno di no con l’indice)

Continua fino alla fine della filastrocca modificando il numero di dita all’inizio. Alla fine le scimmie vanno a letto.

Put those monkeys straight to bed! – Metti quelle scimmie subito a letto!
